Abstract Online presence is becoming an important part of everyday's life and online communities may represent a significant source engagement for the elderlies. Nevertheless, many struggle to be due lack expertise, decentralised architecture provide solution by removing intermediaries, such as webmaster, while not requiring expensive cloud solutions. However, issues concerning accessibility, security, user experience have tackled. The paper focuses mainly on three issues: providing human‐readable domain, moderating content, creating reward system based reputation. An proposed Ethereum Swarm. Smart contracts automated set rules handle enterprise registration, content creation, decision‐making process, Swarm serves both distributed storage web host. Besides, in combination with Name Service, provides secure, distributed, point access interface. also describes innovative two‐token where one token meant trustworthy reputation metre other spendable coin get rewards. final result fully decentralised, authenticated moderated platform users can aggregate share their presentations Internet.
